Our Programs

As a registered claims organization with the Georgia Department of Revenue, we work together with clients to outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to their recovery of unclaimed funds. Learn more about O.C.G.A. Section 44-12-190.

Donated Real Estate

Our goal when accepting real estate as a charitable donation is to answer direct community needs voiced by local and state level partners. One example of this would be emergency short term housing for women and children. Development focusing on Adaptive Reuse, Historic Preservation, Affordable, Sustainable, and Transit-Accessible Housing. Destressed Real Estate/Heir Property Services

Our passion is to help those in need. In conjunction with our sister company, Georgia Clear Titles, we offer real estate services to clients at a sliding scale fee basis, reduced rate, or even pro bono. Who We Are

Chris and Rachel Morgan founded Georgia Philanthropy Corporation on the core principle of equality for all. With deep generational roots in south Georgia, they are raising their daughter Clementine as a fourth-generation Saint Simons Island resident. Together, they bring decades of professional experience to historically underserved areas and are committed to building lifelong community partnerships for years to come.
